The Quest has two modes. One mode requires it to be hooked up to a PC by either cable or wifi. You then open a VR game on your PC, and your PC streams it to the headset. NMS is a good example of this. Most good VR games require a PC. The other mode doesn't require a PC at all. Quantum Computers are one such item, and they're relatively easy to acquire. The first time anyone needs a Quantum Computer, it's always a mad scramble to acquire. Originally they could only be found from random Merchants scattered throughout the Universe.
